Landscape Design Projects Begin with a Consultation.

Before we start on design work or installation, we first sit down with our clients at their home, HOA common area, or office. It’s important for us to get a visual on the area you want to landscape, and we also make sure to assess your goals as well as any issues such as drainage problems. We then identify potential solutions while working with your established budget for the landscape project.

When we create landscape designs, we do so with key design principles in mind such as:

• Focal points & Symmetry
• Natural Surroundings
• Color balance
• Plant types

Once you’ve seen the design and made any revisions during a follow-up phone call or email, we’ll put together a written proposal, timeline and cost, which you’ll need to approve and sign before any installation can begin. A deposit will also need to be made at this time, and then we will schedule out your project.

When your project begins, our crews will come in and install any softscape or hardscape elements you’ve chosen for your yard, such as planting beds, fire pits, patios, and more. Our contractors communicate with you routinely during installation so we can make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. Upon completion of your new landscape project, we do a thorough walkthrough of the job with you to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied with the job.
